Not sure where to start? We guide you through the entire My Aged Care process — from your first call to 1800 200 422, through your home assessment, to receiving your approved support package. We advocate for you every step of the way.
Allied Health — You Pay $0
Occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, psychology, dietetics, podiatry and exercise physiology — all in your home. Fully funded clinical care under Support at Home.
Nursing Care — You Pay $0
Registered and enrolled nurses for wound care, medication management, continence support and health monitoring. Government-funded — available across Greater Western Sydney, including Penrith, Campbelltown, Hurstville, Bankstown and the Hills.
Personal Care — You Pay 5%
Respectful support with showering, dressing, grooming and evening routines — delivered with dignity by carers who understand your culture and preferences.
Domestic Support, Meals & Gardening — You Pay 17.5%
Cleaning, laundry, light gardening, shopping, meal preparation and meal delivery — keeping your home safe, comfortable and just the way you like it.
Social Support, Transport & Respite
Transport to appointments, community access and in-home respite so family carers can take a well-deserved break — while your loved one stays safe and supported.
