Our story
Born from a belief that every older Australian deserves dignity, independence and genuine care — right at home.

Born from a belief that everyone deserves to age with dignity
Premium In-Home Care was founded with a clear purpose: to provide older Australians with the highest quality care in the place they love most — their own home. As a division of Ability Advocates, we are deeply rooted in the Western Sydney community. Our clients come from rich and varied backgrounds — Greek, Italian, Lebanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, Filipino, Indian and many more — and we believe truly great care honours that heritage. Our allied health professionals — occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, speech pathologists, dietitians and podiatrists — are AHPRA registered. Our registered and enrolled nurses hold current AHPRA registration. We abide by the Australian Aged Care Quality Standards and all care is delivered through registered Aged Care provider Trilogy Care. Our carers bring clinical expertise, cultural sensitivity and genuine warmth to every visit. We're trained not just in best practice, but in listening, patience and respect. We also know the aged care system can feel overwhelming. That's why we don't just provide services — we advocate. We help you apply through My Aged Care, prepare for your home assessment, understand your outcome, and choose the right level of support. From first enquiry to ongoing care, we are your partner.

Families trust us with their loved ones
Real feedback from people who've experienced Premium Inhome Care's compassionate support and reliable service.
After Baba had his stroke, we didn't know where to turn. Lorraine sat with us for over an hour, explained every option, and within two weeks he had a carer who speaks Arabic and understands our culture. I cannot thank them enough.

Hala Nasser
Daughter caring for her father, Lakemba
My mother is 84 and very traditional. She was reluctant to accept help from strangers. The team were so patient and respectful — now she looks forward to her visits. The occupational therapist was wonderful.

Wei Zhang
Son, Burwood — caring for elderly mother
I was managing Mum's care alone and completely burnt out. Premium Inhome Care arranged respite care and regular domestic support. For the first time in months I had breathing room. They treated Mum like family.

Rosa Esposito
Daughter and primary carer, Merrylands
We had no idea our parents were entitled to government-funded care at home. Lorraine guided us through My Aged Care start to finish. Dad now has nursing and physio visits — all at $0. Truly life-changing.
