Aged Care Navigation & My Aged Care Support

We guide you every step of the way — from calling My Aged Care (1800 200 422) and lodging your assessment, to preparing for your home visit, understanding your outcome letter and selecting the right services. We advocate on your behalf.

Allied Health — You Pay $0

Occupational therapy ($193.99/hr), physiotherapy ($183.99/hr), speech pathology ($193.99/hr), psychology ($232.99/hr), dietetics and podiatry ($193.99/hr), exercise physiology ($166.99/hr), therapy assistants ($86.79/hr) — fully funded under Support at Home.

Nursing Care — You Pay $0

RN/EN at $160/hr weekday — wound care, medication management, continence care, health monitoring and chronic condition support. Fully Government-funded and available across Parramatta, Auburn, Bankstown and the Hills.

Personal Care — You Pay 5%

Weekday $73.09/hr (you pay $3.65), evenings $80.53/hr, Saturday $102.86/hr, Sunday $132.62/hr. Showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and sleepover support ($297.60/night). Dignity always.

Everyday Living — You Pay 17.5%

Cleaning $105/hr, laundry $105/hr, meal prep $105/hr, shopping $110/hr, gardening $95/hr, meal delivery $9.70/meal. Practical support that keeps your home running just the way you like it.

Social Support, Transport & Respite

Transport to appointments, community access and social engagement across Western Sydney. In-home respite care giving family carers a well-earned break while your loved one is safe and cared for.

What we provide

Understanding the Support at Home program

The Australian Government's Support at Home program funds in-home aged care for eligible Australians aged 65 and over (or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people). Services are grouped into three funding tiers: • Clinical Supports — nursing and allied health. You pay $0. Fully funded. • Independence Supports — personal care, respite, community access. You pay 5%. • Everyday Living Supports — cleaning, meals, gardening, shopping. You pay 17.5%.
