Where do you provide services?
We service all of Greater Western Sydney and surrounds — from our Parramatta and Harris Park base, west to Penrith, south to Campbelltown, south-east to Hurstville and Bankstown, and north to the Hills District (Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Norwest). Call 1300 028 928 to confirm your suburb.
How do I start receiving aged care at home?
Contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 to request a free home assessment. We can guide you through every step — preparing, understanding your outcome and selecting the right services.
What will I pay for services?
Nursing and allied health are fully funded at $0. Personal care requires a 5% co-contribution. Everyday living (cleaning, meals, gardening) requires 17.5%. We explain all costs clearly before services begin.
Can I start services before I have a funded package?
Yes. We can support you privately while you wait for your assessment or package. Talk to us and we'll find the right pathway for your situation.
Do you offer weekend and evening services?
Yes. We're available weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays. We work around your schedule and your family's needs.
